Boot Camp
What: Groups limited to a maximum of 6 people participating in a wide variety of the best fat burning workouts known to science.
When: Classes are held throughout the week at both AM and PM times.
Where: Participants will meet in the in the Paulson Building downtown but not limited to...
Who: Beginners: "I haven't worked out since I was in school!"
Intermediate: "I have been doing a lifting routine for a while but I need something more."
Advanced: " I can squat my body weight on the bar and chew gum at the same time, bring it!"
Thanks to our participants in the past making our boot camps so successful, we are happy to announce we will be offering more classes throughout the week. They fill up very fast so please specify your skill level and what times would work best for you so we can get you started on achieving your goals as soon as possible!

At Mobile Fitness our goal is to make a healthy lifestyle available to everyone. For a lot of people there just isn't enough time in their day to work, head to the gym, return home to prepare and eat a proper meal, then have time for those everyday time consuming chores.
Not to mention privacy at public gyms for the most part is not possible, so if you don't like working out and sweating in front of large crowds, public gyms may not be for you. Then there is the initial costs associated with joining a public gym. Processing and enrollment fees, first, last and monthly dues, it's not unusual to cost $300 or more just to become a member. Then there's the cost for a personal trainer that can be more than $60 a session.
At Mobile Fitness, we understand the difficulty in trying to balance all this, so we’ve created a solution. We have a private 7,000 sq. ft. gym located in downtown spokane. And for those who don't have the time or capability, we have a solution for you too, We bring the gym to you. Allowing you to fit a workout into your busy schedule, in a private setting, including a personal trainer instructing every workout.
At Mobile Fitness we don't believe the way to lose weight is by just following a strict diet plan but rather by applying a few simple pinciples - portion control, meal frequency and caloric intake vs. your expenditure which includes lifestyle and exercise. That is why we believe it is important for you to know how to balance your meals and be able to check your diet through us, and online with our diet and exercise manager.

MF Challenge: This time it is about you, if you can put a little extra time in the day to give your body what it needs it will pay it back 10 fold. You will be better to assist your family and the demands our high intensity lives can put on us. Without movement and activity your body is broke. You have an entire cardio vascular and musculature system that was not made to keep you alive in the chair your sitting in right now; it was made so you could traverse across mountains, do physical labor, balance on a ridged trail, or even swim across a lake! Our bodies were made to adapt to whatever challenges they may have to overcome. Something might not feel right within yourself when you’re greatest challenge in a day is to climb a flight of stairs to do a load of laundry. Some of you may have already taken it to the next level and discovered the satisfying and therapeutic effect of going to the gym and breaking a sweat, but what could you do to make it better. Well, whether you are experienced or just about to embark on an exercise program you need to set goals. I cannot emphasize enough on how much having a goal can make your training that much more productive. Write down 1 or 2 big goals that will take an extended period of time and dedication to achieve. Then, create multiple smaller, complementary goals along the way to prove to yourself you are getting closer to obtaining the big goal. Not only will doing the work to achieve these goals make your body and mind happy along the way, but accomplishing something that took months or years to achieve will be a tremendous award in itself. Only those who have put hard work and time into something to have it finally pay off can truly know what a glorious feeling of success it can be.
